In 1802 Melora and Alexei gave birth to a little girl with raven colored hair and bright torquoise eyes. From the first day she was brought into the world, Natallia Alexis Alekseev was vey intuitive about her surroundings. She was fasinated with all things but most of all the moon. As a young child she would stay up late and lay under the moon and watch it until she fell asleep. Her father would return from his job at the cemetary three towns away to find he still sleeping under the rising sun. She would awake and throw her arms around her father inhaling deep the aroma of fresh soil. In 1816 Natallia was promised to Maxim Romanov who lived on the west end of Russia. She knew she would never see her father again so she ran. She ran for seven years before returning home. Upon returning home, Natallia recieved word that her mother had died of pneumonia and her fathe followed a few months later. Some say he passed of heartbreak from the loss of his wife and child. Her home sat empty left just the way it had been when she left. Natallia, in memory of hr father, took up as a gravedigger in the cemetary where he worked. They were glad fo the extra hands, even if they were from a woman. One night under the crescent moon, a strange and enticing man came to visit her. He sat by her side while she dug the holes in the earth. His eyes were peircing and she felt as though he were looking right into her soul. He spoke with her every night for months. Patiently learning about her and she slowly fell for him. One night he shared his secret with her. He told her of his life, what he was and why he was always out at night. He took her into his arms and she suddenly felt as if she was drifing off into a deep sleep. When she awake, it was two nights later. He was with her and told her she was now like him. Enternally young. Since then, Natallia has adjusted to the life of a vampire, keeping to the shadows, enjoying the company only of her new family, the members of The New Breed.
